Minimum Requirements:

• MBA or BBA graduate in related areas.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, including understanding financial statements, valuation
  methods, and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Familiarity with PE/VC industry, understanding market trends, and investment strategies, and
  assessing potential opportunities.
• Experience in doing deals – understanding details, working with numbers, and negotiating.
• Legal and regulatory knowledge
• Strong communication skills for clear conveyance of complex financial concepts.
